Urgent appointments are available on request. Doctors can telephone our rooms to speak to a Receptionist or send us an email.

Dr Chang works on a four week surgical roster, and as such doesn’t offer patient consultations every day. His consultation days are as follows:

Sunnybank clinic: every Monday, and every second Wednesday morning. Additional days inlcude Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, once every four weeks.

Clayfield clinic: Tuesday and Thursday morning, once every four weeks.

Buderim clinic: Thursday, once every four weeks.

Patients who have suffered a sudden onset hearing loss need to be sent for a formal audiogram and then immediately referred to an ENT specialist. There is a limited window of time in which treatment can be administered to rescue hearing. Please let our Receptionist know if your patient has suffered a sudden onset hearing loss. General Practioners can also refer patients directly to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Unit at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

We prefer to receive referrals via Medical Objects or by email. All outgoing correspondence from our rooms is sent via Medical Objects.
