The consulting rooms are in the first building you come to when you enter the grounds of the Buderim Private Hospital. Please use the car park underneath (ground or level 1) and use Lift B (which is painted yellow) to go to level 2. Neurosensory is just to the right of the lift. Do not use the blue lift.
Effective 1 July 2025, Dr Chang is no longer consulting from Family Doctors Plus in Windsor, and has moved to Junction Road Family Practice in Clayfield.
